“The first step toward change is awareness. The second is acceptance”
Most people on earth currently have not experienced a natural ascension yet.
A change in the spectrum of frequency takes place through the biological Kundalini awakening, which initiates a change in the focus of our consciousness.
As we become more aware of the true nature of our existence, we shift into perceptions of higher consciousness. This can include an increased awareness of energy in the environment, perceiving multi-dimensional realities, such as past lives, or sensing extra-dimensional entities, such as angel guides or passed on loved ones.
There have been several prominent businessmen and philosophers in more recent times that have brought to light what the ancients have been saying all along: that there are unseen energies at play in our existence. We are not told of them or taught about them or how they work when we are growing up, instead, we are made to believe it is all false.
What you choose to believe is exactly that, a choice, but it is said that truth has three stages. The first stage is ridicule, the second is violent opposition and the third is self-evident acceptance.
The universe exists and operates under specific conditions and natural laws, and since humanity is a part of that existence, as a microcosm of the universe, we need to operate within those same confines. The operating system is energy based, and once we are able to understand and apply the system, we become in flow with the universe and experience an ease and enjoyment of existence.
Similar in some respects to gravity, these natural laws of the universe are quantum laws. We may not yet know why things happen, and in the case with the laws of the universe, even how they happen, but we know that they do happen.
Our existence is not a coincidence, but we have the choice to recognize and accept the existence of these laws, and to use them in fulfilling our souls’ greatest desires, or not. After all, we are all in different stages of finding our truth, some of us in the first stage, and others already in the third.
This journey through these stages may often be accompanied by a loss of some kind. This loss often impacts the foundation of our identity, which has the potential to trigger an existential crisis, giving rise to a loss of clarity and or trust in life itself. This intense shift in energy, and reaction to what is happening universally and internally requires extra special care of our bodies: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. As we step into awareness of what is happening, we may experience what feels like a loss of sanity or orientation, but what we really lack is self-care.
The concept of self-care in the process of Ascension is critical. The most difficult symptoms we experience during our awakening are caused by our lack of self-care, resulting in closures which hinder the flow of energy. While we should be experiencing surrender, acceptance and trust, we are met with extreme resistance.
To combat the resistance, this journey requires a deep dive and reflection into past traumas and triggers, in order for them to be released. To release is to achieve a state of being where what you release no longer influences your emotions, which is pretty powerful, but requires a higher level of awareness than was present at the time of the original pain, and this includes greater understanding, compassion, and forgiveness of the original event.
These experiences are pointing us towards our healing, so that we may move forward. In the words of Carl Jung “no tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell”. There must be yin and yang, and an interwoven balance within us all.
If we take the necessary time to dedicate to practices of self-care, we can experience the magic and miracles of the journey, and a strong sense of connectedness between the Source of Creation and the energy that exists between all things.
What you are seeking is seeking you. Welcome to the next dimension, where heaven really is a place on earth.
The question you need to ask yourself is: would you like to enter?
