SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is complimentary on all orders within North America and Mexico and for all global orders equal to or greater than USD350.
For orders outside of North America and Mexico that are below USD350, an additional flat rate of USD40-USD80 is automatically added at checkout for a speedy and safe delivery, depending on your location. See shipping rates for each location below, applicable for orders USD350 and below.

Central America excluding Mexico: *USD40
Europe: *USD50
Rest of World: *USD80
*Kindly note customs and duties is not included in this charge and is the responsibility of the client. Please see the section on Customs and Duties for Orders outside the United States of America and the Republic of South Africa.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days over and above estimated delivery time shown at checkout to process an order. Kindly note processing time can take up to 4 business days during high volume periods.
Delivery times can vary but usually range from 4-7 days within the US, and 6-18 days for international orders. Estimate delivery time is shown at checkout.
SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION
You will receive an e-mail with a link to track your order directly with the shipment carrier as soon as your package leaves our facility.
If you have not received a shipment/delivery notification within the specified processing time indicated in the product details, please notify us by sending an e-mail to info@chittons.com with subject "Shipment Tracking" and include your order number.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service. Kindly note that items will be resent if a package cannot be traced. Refunds will not be issued for "lost" packages.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA
Most international shipments outside the US are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes or other fees imposed by the importing country’s government. These charges vary between countries and Chittons has no control over these. Such charges are therefore the client's responsibility.
Clients must check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the client is responsible for all subsequent shipping charges to and from our facilities. Chittons is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods. Please refer to the section above for Items Undelivered / lost packages and our section on Returns, Refunds & Cancellation for more details on returns, cancellations and refunds.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once the package has left our facility, and/or the shipment notification has been e-mailed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
