Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is complimentary on all orders within North America and Mexico and for all orders greater than USD350 globally.
For orders outside of North America and Mexico that are below USD350, an additional flat rate of USD40-USD80 is automatically added at checkout for a speedy delivery, depending on your location. See rates for each location below, applicable for orders USD350 and below.
Mexico and Canada: *Complimentary
Central America excluding Mexico: *USD40
Rest of World: *USD80

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days over and above estimated delivery time shown at checkout to process an order. Kindly note processing time can take up to 4 business days during high volume periods.
Delivery times can vary but usually range from 4-7 days within the US, and 6-18 days for international orders. Estimate delivery time is shown at checkout.
Refer below for delivery times on pre-order items as these times differ from the above.
Garments purchased on “PRE-ORDER” usually require a 4-8 week period for delivery. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent once the order is confirmed, and a shipment notification sent once the order has been shipped.
Refer to the product details for further information on when pre-orders are expected to be shipped out.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to track your order directly with the shipment carrier as soon as your package leaves our facility.
If you have not received a shipment/delivery notification within the specified processing time indicated in the product details, please notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and include your order number.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service. Kindly note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA
Most international shipments outside the US are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes or other fees imposed by the importing country’s government. These charges vary between countries and Chittons has no control over these. Such charges are the client's responsibility.
Clients must check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the client is responsible for all subsequent shipping charges to and from our facilities. Chittons is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods. Please refer to the section on Returns, Refunds & Cancellation for more details on lost packages.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Once the shipment notification has been e-mailed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
