Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Please note Chittons can only be contacted via e-mail to initiate the returns & exchange, cancellation and refunds process. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags and accessories for a store credit or refund.

  • Merchandise should be returned to a Chittons location within 5 days after delivery for a refund.
  • Merchandise should be returned within 10 days after delivery for an exchange in size or style, or for store credit.
  • Returned items must be intact, in their original condition with all tags attached. Kindly note that Chittons will be unable to accept returns for items that do not satisfy these conditions. Such returns will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Returns require 2-5 business days to arrive at a Chittons facility for orders   within the US.

 

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  •  If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please e-mail us at info@chittons.com including your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
  • We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit only if we are unable to replace that item. In such cases, delivery charges (where applicable) will also be refunded.

 

RETURNS SHIPPING COST

Buyers are responsible for delivery cost of returns.

For goods damaged in transit, refer to the section on Items Damaged in Transit.

 

LOST PACKAGES

If a lost package cannot be tracked with the selected shipment carrier using the tracking number provided, please send us an e-mail at info@chittons.com with your order number and we will arrange to have your items resent to you at no additional charge.

We will not replace or issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Chittons is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

 

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping of the merchandise. Once items have been shipped, they may still be eligible for return under the Returns Policy.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued if:

  • For any reason, item is returned and is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in its original unused condition, including original tags and accessories, and returned item reaches a Chittons facility within 5 days after initial delivery (for US orders), or 
  • Items have been damaged in transit and Chittons is unable to replace the item, or
  • Package cannot be tracked and Chittons is unable to replace the item.

Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped to you, but if this is not possible, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

1. First, we’ll send you an email to confirm your claim has been accepted and  your refund has been processed.

Please note that we are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive evidence from you that supports the item's condition.

2. You can expect to receive your refund within 4 business days of receipt of the returned item at a Chittons facility. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
