CHAPTER 6: WHAT IS THE ASCENSION LINE?

CHAPTER 6: WHAT IS THE ASCENSION LINE?

  • Black Moon Lilith

"We don't have to do anything if we don't want to, but acknowledging the energies that are present allows us to lean into them in a more profound way."

The ascension line uses individual pieces of clothing to tell a story through the use of designs that are inspired by ancient symbols. Such symbols have been used since ancient times to communicate various meanings, abstract ideas and concepts and can be found in every corner of the globe.

Although most of us have forgotten their significance, they still have an ability to leave impressions on us. This energy generated can sometimes leave us with a sense of understanding and knowing. It is this energy that can make symbology deeply personal. Perhaps you have had a particular feeling or thought upon seeing a symbol. Each symbol means something different to each of us. Therefore even the same symbol can have different meanings, depending on the context and the era its viewed in, and the individual who views it.

Each Chittons garment is designed with a fusion of ancient symbology, numerology, principles of astrology and of Chinese medicine, among others. (All these and more are available for those in need of further guidance on this journey.) Fabrics, colors and style, combined with each symbol, have been used in the design with intention and meaning, as found in the Symbology Story under each product page, and additionally, in an ancient scroll. Each style comes with its own scroll, containing a message embedded in it, intended only for it’s new owner. Garments' energies are protected by a small bag of Himalayan salt (which is not for consumption), that comes inside the packaging, intended to keep the garment clean of unwanted outside energies until its arrival at its new destination.

The symbols of each Chittons design are intended to carry the connections, meanings and intentions as shared by Chittons, through the practice of the natural laws of the Universe, operating under the Law of One and the Law of Service to Others.

No symbol’s meaning is fully inherent, however, but is learned, or interpreted by each individual according to their own cumulative experiences, thoughts, words and actions, making them the only one really able to interpret that message in that specific way and in that moment. But a Chittons piece is always there to remind us of the powers contained within  us, and in so doing, assist us in moving forward on our life journey with confidence and love.

The question you need to ask yourself is: am I ready to receive the messages from the universe?
